Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located right alongside the railway station, with lovely eating options nearby. The rooms are efficient and had everything needed, but may feel small for those who need more space. The service is terrific, accommodating all our requests with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The dining options are delightful, especially for vegans, but seating availability can be limited during busy times.
The hotel is located on the quiet side of the building, making it a peaceful stay. The rooms, while simple and modern, are a little basic with no frills. Although great, the fridge was too small, and the combi microwave wasn't ideal.
The hotel had an inconsistent experience overall. The rooms, although spacious and cozy with an extra comfy bed, faced the noisy street overlooking the bus and train station, making it quite disruptive at times. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with document services, but there were no comments on the price or value for money. The location, despite some incorrect information, was brilliant, encouraging interaction among guests, but it was also highlighted that the hotel was on the fire escape stairs. The dining options were nice with good quality choices and enough variety, but there were hints of occasional confusion regarding the pricing by the staff. The facilities were not specifically commented on. More positives were the friendly staff and the large, airy rooms, while the negatives included the noise from the street and the occasional confusion in dining pricing.
The hotel is conveniently located, perfect for late-night arrivals near the main train station. The rooms had AC, a real savior during the heatwave, but were extremely small with no wardrobe, suitable only for minimalists. The staff was a mix of friendly and one unpleasant encounter of gossiping in Dutch was overheard. Dining was varied and delicious but seating could be an issue during busy times. Overall, a decent stay with minor drawbacks.
